Each participant takes the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer of a company. They learn the company's operations, supply chain structure, and mission. Then they learn the 5 KPIs and how each one behaves in their industry. When the first crisis arrives, they know what is at stake and how to act.
Crisis after crisis, teams debate, decide, and live with the results of their choices. A guided debrief after every round turns each decision — good or bad — into a lesson.
Performance across all 5 KPIs over the full journey. The final score reflects 6 rounds of connected decisions — not one lucky choice.
