Most organizations start with the Professional Track — one full day that covers the concepts, the complete simulation, and the live AI Reflection. Express is the right choice when time is limited. Immersive is for organizations that want to build lasting capability through a custom multi-day program.

01

Express Track

Half-Day Intensive · 3–4 Hours · Online or Onsite

The complete simulation experience in its most compact form. Participants get the essential concepts, play all 6 rounds, and leave with their game data and the AI Reflection as follow-up work.

Target Audience

01

Organizations that want to experience the simulation in a short format

02

Leadership teams and management offsites with limited time

03

Conference workshops and corporate events

04

Large groups where a short, high-energy session works best

Before the Session

Confirm the participant list and group size
Agree the setting: online or onsite
Choose how participants will play:

Group Play — the trainer runs on the main screen, the whole group discusses and decides together
Team Play — participants play in teams, each team on its own device (2 to 6 per team)
Individual Play — each participant plays on their own device alongside the group
Choose the industry scenario based on the audience
Confirm the technical setup: internet, main screen, devices (only for Team and Individual Play)

03

Immersive Track

Multi-Day Deep-Dive · 2–5 Days · Custom Built · Online or Onsite

The Immersive Track is not a fixed agenda — it is a custom program, designed together with the organization. The simulation becomes the core of a larger learning journey, combined with training modules and applied work. The organization chooses the building blocks; the program is built around its goals, its people, and its time.

Target Audience

01

Organizations building long-term decision capability, not only an experience

02

High-potential and leadership development programs

03

Teams preparing for transformation, new operating models, or AI adoption in operations

04

Organizations that want the lessons applied to their own operations

The Building Blocks

BlockDescription
The Core Simulation ExperienceThe full Professional Track day: concepts, the complete simulation, and the live AI Reflection.
Supply Chain Framework and Strategy — Mini Master ClassTraining on supply chain frameworks and strategy, combined with the simulation for a complete theory-plus-practice journey.
Additional SimulationsMultiple industry scenarios and deeper learning paths — every new simulation is a new context.
AI-Powered Analysis WorkTeams receive analysis tasks built on their game data: diagnose the weakest KPI, build the alternative strategy, propose improvements — and present and defend their work.
Internal CompetitionTeams play the same industry side by side — results, rankings, and the discussion of which decisions separated the top teams.
Applied Transfer SessionsConnecting the simulation patterns to the organization's own supply chain and real decisions.
Additional Training ModulesFurther topics from the learning ecosystem, selected to match the organization's needs.

How a Custom Program Is Built

01

Understand the organization's goals: capability building, team alignment, transformation preparation, or leadership development.

02

Select the building blocks that serve those goals.

03

Arrange them across 2 to 5 days.

04

Confirm the industries, the way participants will play, and the setting for each day.

Every participant or team keeps all the game data from all days; the AI Reflection system is always available for continued learning.

A room with a main screen (onsite) or a video meeting with screen sharing (online)
A stable internet connection
One device per team or per participant — only for Team Play and Individual Play
